Terms and Conditions
- To prevent escalation of the project cost, we will be constructing in a self financing scheme.
- The construction will be done in phase manner and expected to be finished for occupancy within 10 months.
- The payments will be done stage wise as per the aggreement clause.
- If due to any reason, you cancel your booking, all your deposits made till the cancellation date, EXCEPT the Registration fees (booking fees), will be refunded to you after completion of the project.
Costing Specifications
- The costing includes construction cost, development of site, construction of retaining walls & roads.
- The cost does not includes legal charges, liasioning charges with local development authority, registration charges & court fees.
- The cost does not include water supply charges, electricity connection charges, forest penalties etc.

Operational Terms and Conditions
- Maintenance charges will be as per actual paid by owner.
- Electricity bills and water bills will be paid by owner as per actual.
- If the property is allowed to be used by us for lodging of tourist than the maintenance part will be met by the 50% lodging revenue generated.(the details of works taken up under maintenance will be emailed to the cottage owner)
- 50% of the lodging revenue generated by leasing out the property to prospective tourist for short period of time will be shared with you after deduction of any outstanding fees.
